Ace Care continues to adopt a conscientious and precarious attitude in its response to developments relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the UK. After being advised to stay home we have finally returned back to our offices and homes following recent government guidance and encouragement to do so. We now continue to provide excellent and warm hearted care to our community. However, it is essential that in providing this care we continue to be diligent and monitor any developments in the Covid 19 situation; adhering to any protocols and reviewing any policy procedures. Ace Care will continue to work with local authorities and care health regulators as we attempt to return to full normality with a rise in Covid-19 vaccinations being handed in UK and Ireland. Keeping protected together

To ensure you we all are staying protected, there are a number of measures our team are taking (but not limited to):

Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This includes gloves, facemasks and/or faceshields in accordance to the guidelines provided by the government
Sanitising before and after seeing clients

Ace Care office has risk-assessment protocols in place:

Ensure that members of are team that are, or were, symptomatic are self-isolating and have provision to COVID-19 PCR tests.
